The Dancing
Dirty Water WCS dances happen on the second Saturday of every month.
SCHEDULE
7pm-9pm Intermediate/advanced west coast swing classes
8pm-9pm Beginner west coast swing class
9pm-12am West coast swing social dancing
INTENSIVES
When traveling professionals visit, we often offer intensive learning opportunities in addition to our regular dance. These focused group classes are fast-paced and usually last 2-4 hours.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Many of our guest professionals are available for private lessons. Dirty Water WCS often coordinates private lesson booking for our out-of-town pros. Local pros can typically be contacted directly to book lessons.

All dances take place at VFW Post 529 in Davis Square unless otherwise noted. Please check our calendar to confirm the location of a dance.

PUBLIC TRANSIT
We are steps from the Davis Square T stop, which includes the 87, 88, 89, 90, 94, and 96 bus lines. The 77 bus is also a short walk away.
PARKING
The VFW Post has a dedicated parking lot for approximately 40 cars. The spots along the back fence and on the left-hand side of the garage are for residents only. There is also a free parking lot after 6pm behind the Henderson Carriage Building, about 0.3 miles from the venue. Here are the walking directions. Additionally, parking at street meters is free after 8pm. Please take care to avoid spots labeled as resident-only.
